We offer spacious 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes. Our 1-bedroom layouts range from 634 to 915 sq. ft. with 7 different floor plan options, while our 2-bedroom homes range from 1,091 to 1,425 sq. ft. with 5 unique floor plan designs to choose from.
We are located at 1835 Woodland Field Xing, The Woodlands, TX 77380, in the Grogan’s Mill area of The Woodlands.
Leasing and Application Process
Tours can be scheduled directly through our website at your convenience, or you may call/email our leasing office to set up a tour with a member of our team.
A valid U.S. government-issued ID, Social Security Number or Work Visa, Recent bank statements, and Recent paycheck stubs.
Applicants must earn at least 3x the base rent in gross monthly income.
You can apply online using the quote provided by a leasing consultant or apply directly through our website.
Yes. Renters insurance is required with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage.
Approval timelines may vary, but applications are typically processed as quickly as possible once all required documents are submitted by the applicant.
No, we do not offer short-term lease options.
Yes. We conduct background, credit, and previous rental history checks through our third-party screening company.

Move-In, Lease Terms
12 - 15 months.
You will need to provide the leasing team with proof of electricity, gas, renters' insurance, and a signed lease agreement before you move in. Bring with you a valid photo ID, and you will submit your move-in payment through the resident portal while in the office. If you are using Jetty for your deposit, you will need to secure a bond with them before move-in.
We only allow transfers.

Yes, we offer a 7-level parking garage conveniently connected to our building. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
