Leasing and Application Process

Tours can be scheduled directly through our website at your convenience, or you may call/email our leasing office to set up a tour with a member of our team.

Applicants must earn at least 3x the base rent in gross monthly income.

Move-In, Lease Terms

12 - 15 months.

You will need to provide the leasing team with proof of electricity, gas, renters' insurance, and a signed lease agreement before you move in. Bring with you a valid photo ID, and you will submit your move-in payment through the resident portal while in the office. If you are using Jetty for your deposit, you will need to secure a bond with them before move-in.

We only allow transfers.

We require a 60-day written notice to vacate. On your lease end date, you will need to return all keys and parking stickers to the office and provide a forwarding address. You may also schedule a move-out inspection with a member of our leasing team prior to your departure.

We offer a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour business center with a reservable conference room, bocce ball and putting green area, dog wash station, loading dock, bike room, outdoor dog park, and dog runs located in the garage.

Yes, we offer a dedicated bike storage room located on the first floor of the parking garage, conveniently situated near the mail room.
We partner with Fetch, a third-party package delivery service that handles all resident deliveries. Once you download the Fetch app and create an account, you’ll receive a unique shipping address to use when placing online orders. When your package arrives at the Fetch warehouse on its expected delivery date, you’ll receive a notification through the app to schedule a delivery window. You can choose a different delivery time each time or set a recurring preferred window. Once scheduled, Fetch will deliver your package directly to your apartment door during your selected time frame and provide a delivery photo for confirmation. You also have the option to request a signature upon delivery for added security. All deliveries are completed the same day as your scheduled window. Please note that the leasing office does not accept packages in the office.

Guest parking is available on the 6th and 7th floors of the parking garage.
Guests can access the community using the callbox located at the gate entrance. They will select the apartment number they are visiting, which will connect to the resident’s phone on file. Once the resident answers, they will press 1 to accept the call, then press 9 or * to grant gate access.

Rent payments can be made through the Resident Experience app by selecting Payments, which will redirect you to the BILT home page, where you can log in and choose Make a Payment with your preferred payment method. You can also pay by visiting our website and selecting Residents to log in, or by going directly to BILT.com and accessing your account.
You will receive a renewal offer letter via email 65 days or before your lease expiration. From there, you can select your preferred lease term, and a member of our team will prepare your new lease and send it to you via email for DocuSign. Please ensure your updated renters insurance policy is uploaded to Policy Validator.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the Resident Experience App by selecting “Submit Work Order.”
